Personal data
Privacy Notice
How we handle website visits and business enquiries.
Who is responsible
Danilo Sipala, using the trading name SAGITTA DEALS, is the controller of the personal data described here. Identification number (NIE/NIF): Z3273708P. Physical address: Carrer d'en Pepe de Garraf 26, 08870 Sitges, Spain. Privacy contact: info@sagittadeals.com.
Information we receive
This website has no contact form. If you email us, we receive the information you send. We may also receive professional contact details from a buyer, supplier or another lawful business source in connection with a specific opportunity. Netlify hosts this website and may process technical connection data, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure its pages.
We use the minimum information relevant to an enquiry or opportunity: name, company, business role, professional contact details, correspondence, purchasing requirements or supply capabilities, records of introductions, and documents voluntarily supplied for that purpose. Please do not send sensitive personal data unless we expressly request it for a specific lawful purpose.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to answer enquiries, assess potential B2B matches, prepare and document introductions, administer agreements and meet related legal or accounting duties. Depending on the context, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling relevant professional contacts and business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract when the person concerned is a party (Article 6(1)(b)); or a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Our legitimate interest is to evaluate a specific opportunity and manage the resulting business relationship. This notice does not give permission to send unsolicited marketing email.
Recipients and international transfers
Netlify provides website hosting and Aruba provides business email. Microsoft OneDrive may be used to store working business files. Relevant information may be shared with a potential buyer or supplier when a direct introduction is appropriate, after checking the purpose, confidentiality commitments and what the affected person has been told. Professional advisers, authorities or courts may receive information when necessary or legally required. We do not sell contact lists.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable safeguards, including an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, depending on the transfer. Before sharing personal data with a prospective counterparty outside the EEA, we assess the destination and applicable GDPR transfer mechanism. You can ask us about safeguards at info@sagittadeals.com.
How long we keep information
We remove an enquiry that does not become a qualified opportunity from our active email and CRM records within 6 months after the last substantive contact. We remove a qualified opportunity that closes without an agreement or protected introduction from active records within 12 months after closure. Where Spanish commercial law requires us to retain business correspondence or supporting documents, including relevant emails, we keep the necessary copy in a restricted archive for the applicable statutory period.
Contracts, invoices, accounting records and business correspondence subject to Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code are generally kept for 6 years from the last entry in the relevant business books, unless another rule or an active claim requires a different period. We keep only limited information for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, and a minimal objection record for as long as needed to respect it. Technical request data handled by Netlify is retained according to the provider's applicable service settings for delivery and security. When a period ends, we delete or anonymise data unless another lawful ground requires retention.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can always object to direct marketing. Contact info@sagittadeals.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Other information
Where we did not obtain professional details from you, we record the source and provide information required by GDPR Article 14 within the applicable timeframe, unless a lawful exception applies. The categories are professional identity and contact details and information relevant to the stated opportunity.
You are not required to email us. If you do not provide enough information, we may be unable to answer or assess an introduction. This website does not make decisions about you solely by automated means.
